Fannie May Candy Sales Info

Second graders got a lesson on coding that involved no technology. They learned the most basic principle of computer coding is learning to follow a set of instructions. Then they practiced their skills by writing some simple "code" of their own and challenged their classmates and teachers to solve their codes. #unpluggedcoding

These TJHS students recently competed in and won Mr. Brown's 6th grade math maze challenge. Congratulations!

Mrs. Hickey's K-2 classes completed a Turkey Building Relay Race. It's safe to say they had fun and made some pretty cute turkeys in the process.

If you are picking up Fannie May candy tomorrow, 11/18/22, at TJHS, you must come at your assigned time. This is due to the volume of pickups. If you can not pick it up at your assigned time, the candy can be picked up in the office at the end of the day or Monday. Please stay in your car; our student council representative will deliver the candy directly to you. Thank you for supporting TJHS.
Mrs. Laker’s students are pictured. Their class spent the day at Rock Springs on a field trip.

Kindergarten classes had the opportunity to build their own Mini Mayflower foil boats this week. Students worked as a team to design a boat that could hold the most "pilgrims" possible. Ms. Specha helped them to test their designs, while practicing their skip counting by 5's. Several teams designed boats that held 102 pilgrims, the same number as on the original Mayflower.

The varsity and junior varsity boys basketball teams along with Coach Ryan Brown were greeters at Memorial Elementary on Wednesday morning. The basketball players greeted the students at the doors and mingled with them in the multipurpose room.
