Tommy Photo is off to a great start and has a lot of engaged and eager new members/students. We've had great turnouts so far for all of our team pictures and thePurple and Gold soccer scrimmage. Looking forward to an exciting year!

Fun Group activity in Mrs. Wolfe's class for the start of the new school year. Students had a good time, met new fellow students, and learned that they can figure out how to do things that seem impossible.
Taylorville High School conducted our Code Red Lockdown Drill today 8/21/24 at 10:30 am. Thank you to the Taylorville Police Department, Officer Beaman, and the Christian County Sheriff's Department for being on the scene to support THS in our School Safety efforts.

Join us in celebrating the hard work of our students. Seven of our Taylorville High School students have received academic honors from the CollegeBoard National Recognition Program for their strong performance in school and on assessments. We’re celebrating students who have shown outstanding academic abilities and deserve to be recognized. The National Recognition Programs honor the strong academic achievements of underrepresented students and are a great way for students to showcase their hard work in high school.

North School First Graders ended their week with a scavenger hunt to find Pete the Cat. Great detective work, first grade!

• There will be no photos taken during Freshman Tornado Drill
Class of 2028, your Torando Drill (Freshman Orientation) is tomorrow at 9:00 am in the THS Cafeteria! Registration begins at 8:30 am.
Students may be dropped off/picked up at the Purple Canopy cafeteria entrance.
