The TJHS Builders Club is sponsoring a Valentines for Seniors Card Drive. These and many other TJHS students created beautiful cards with messages of love, hope, and kindness to show assisted-living and residents in our long-term care facilitities that we are thinking of them. The Builders Club sponsor is Mr. Lynn Dexheimer and we are gratful for his service, as well as that of our future leaders. What a GREAT day to be a Tornado!
Congratulations to our 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams for playing together and taking first place in this weekends Shelbyville Invite. Coaches Matt and Kim Peabody are extremely proud of these girls achievements both on and off the court; so are we!

These three teachers work together with the classroom teachers to create units that enhance and extend the learning in the classroom setting. The Boys Tennis season is right around the corner! We are looking for players to join our returning team members. There are no tryouts and you don't have to know how to play tennis! I will teach you everything you need to know. All you need to bring to practice is a tennis racket, a competitive spirit and a willingness to learn! Spread the word! There will be a short meeting at 2:45 on Thursday, February 15th during advisory and practice starts Monday, February 26th from 3:30-5:30. Hope to see you there!

These students were at school each day the last two weeks and completed all of their E-Learning assignments. Well done!
Mrs. Wilham had Mrs. Reindl come into her Practical Academic Assistance classes to teach the students tips and tricks on creating a digital planner.
She also had Mrs. Reindl come into her Practical English 12 class to work with the Seniors on photo editing a recipe or quote. She then taught the seniors about the glow forge in the Stem Lab. With this knowledge of applications and machines, they are creating cutting boards with recipes lasered on them.
Students who were not working on the photoediting - had the option to work on a literacy choice board that Mrs. Reindl created or a vision board of their future to print posters at a later date.
8th Grade Orientation for the Class of 2028 is Tuesday, February 27th at 6:00 pm in the THS Cafe!
