Taylorville Sr. High School is proud to announce Kallie Havera as the 2023 Abe Lincoln Region of the Illinois Principal's Association Student Recognition nominee.
Kallie has been a fantastic representative of Taylorville Sr. High School. She is an excellent student and a great role model for others. Kallie's contributions to THS from her academic efforts to her involvement in various activities are the ideal qualities of a Taylorville Tornado!
A reception will be held on Monday, May 1st at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Springfield to recognize the Abe Lincoln Region students.

Mrs. Lively's first graders celebrated Peep day today. Students made their Peep a home, graphed the colors of peeps in the classroom, and then read them to sleep.

Help us wish our Student Teachers from North School well on their last day. We have been blessed to have your time and talents this semester. Best of luck at your new schools in the fall.

Congratulations to Grace Rogers our TJHS Illinois Principal's Association representative for 22-23.
Grace has a positive attitude towards everything she does, from education to athletics. Grace always strives to do her best and encourages others to do the same. Grace continues to challenge herself and works at improving based on what her coaches, teachers, and team asks of her. If you can only have one person on your team, Grace Rogers is who you want.
Grace is a leader in academics, community service, and athletics. She uses her positive attitude and energy as a tool to lift up her peers.

North Elementary School staff and students celebrated Mrs. Kuntzman yesterday for receiving the 2023 Those Who Excel Award for her meritorious service. Congratulations, Mrs. Kuntzman!
A special thank you to Tommy Photo for capturing these images, TommyTV for capturing video clips throughout the morning, and Carded by Carley for the "HONK for Mrs. Kuntzman" sign.
