Good luck to the two bass boats representing THS at Regionals today!

The Red Apple recipient for the month of April is Mrs. Febus. Mrs. Febus teaches 6th grade English-Language Arts and also serves as the TJHS Drama Club sponsor. In fact, her latest production, "Snow White-Rebooted" is set to debut this Friday and Saturday, May 10 at TJHS. Her favorite book is, "To Kill a Mockingbird" and her fondest memories include all of the plays she has gotten to direct, especially the ones when her own children participated. She enjoys teaching at TJHS because of the camaraderie here and in the community. Thank you Mrs. Febus.
Our non-certified staff member of the month is Mrs. Kirsten Beaman our School Resource Officer. Mrs. Beaman strives each and everyday to maintain a safe learning environment for our staff and students. She works well with students and staff to promote the well-being of others and each year delivers the "To Good For Drugs" program to our 5th grade class. Thank you Officer Beaman for your dedicated service to our school and community. Her fondest memories include those times when she has been able to assist students academically and see the turnaround in the effort and attitude.

Congratulations to Memorial students of the month for April! April's character trait was gratitude: Say thank you when someone gives you something or does something for you. Say thank you when others think of you by helping, supporting and loving you. Celebrate the joys and accomplishments of others and be happy when they celebrate your own accomplishments.
