The Bertrand Hopper Foundation is making a large donation to the Tommy Photo photography club at Taylorville High School (THS). The foundation held its annual meeting Thursday, November 10th, and they are committing $15,000 to help fund equipment needs for THS TommyPhoto.
Hopper Foundation Board member Adam Vocks states, "The Hopper Foundation is committed to move Taylorville forward through their generous giving to projects, causes, and organizations who are also investing their time, money, and resources in Taylorville. Tommy Photo is a perfect example of a group of volunteers mentoring and advancing our youth in a way that will also teach these students a lifelong skill set."
