Friday, Sept 23 Principal's RoundTable students of excellence. These young scholars are putting forth their best effort and attitude on a consistent basis. So glad we get to celebrate with each of them!




TJHS Gold Rush kicked off the girl's basketball season tonight with a cookout and a local celebrity showed up as well. We appreciate you Mayor Barry. Go 🌪️ s!

Mrs. Anderson's science classes learned about the rotation of planets around the sun. Mrs. Reindl worked with students teaching them to code spheros so students could mock the earth's rotation around the sun.





Attorney’s General Office representative, Ms. Alyssa, came to the TJHS and Memorial today to speak to students about making smart choices online. Thank you to Tammy Reindl for arranging this presentation for our students.




Advisory Independent Reading Barnes and Noble gift card winners from Friday, Sept 16. We cannot wait for our book vending machine at TJHS. A big thank you to our Taylorville Public Schools Foundation. Reading is fun and fundamental!



Mrs. Molen’s 6th grade class at TJHS is starting to create presentations. Mrs. Reindl was invited in to the classroom to teach them different tips and tricks to make their presentations eye catching!

Principal's Roundtable Sept 16, 2022. These are just a few of the scholars working hard to make their dreams come true. This day we met future marine biologists, law enforcement officers, veterinarians, cosmetologists, and engineers. A great way to celebrate student success!!!
